#No Bake Bluberry Cheese Cake

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Crushed digestive biscuits.
1/2 cup sugar
400g cheese cream room temperature.
1 tsp vanilla essence .
2 tbsp sugar.
1/2cup melted butter.
2 cups whipping cream.
Blueberry filling topping
2 tbsp gelatin (veg) with warm water.

Method:
Combine the crushed biscuits,sugar and melted butter . Mix until well combined . Pour in a cake pan and press evenly and chill in refrigerate to set.
Pour whipping cream in a bowl  beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form . Add sugar and vanilla essence. Add veg gelatin , pour the mixture and biscuit crust. Smooth the tops evenly.  Place in the refrigerate for 2 or 3 hours.
Spread the blueberry filling on top , return to fridge and chill overnight.
