Maxican tawa burger ingredients:
4 burger buns
Half cup paneer
Half cup grated cheese
Half cup red yellow green bell pepper
Half cup onion 
1/4 cup tomato
1 tablespoon chilly flakes
1 tablespoon oragano
1 teaspoon garlic
2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste
 Method: sabse pehle ek kadai laingey usme fir butter dale fir uske uppar se 1 tablespoon oil bhi dale jisse butter jaldi melt ho jae. Fir onions ko saute kare Fir usme chopped red yellow green shimla mirch bhoon lain . Ab usme chopped garlic aur seed nikale hue chopped tomato dalkar halka fry kare. Ab uppar se usme grated  paneer dalkar mix kare, aur uppar se usme oragano ,chilly flakes ,salt as per your taste milaey.
Stuffing mai cheese milaey usse 1 minute ke liye chalaey jab tak ki woh tight nha ho jae.
Fir ek tawe par 2 spoon butter daale, fir burger ko tawe par rakhar saike. Aur stuffing ko thanda karke burger ke beech me achi quantity me stuff karde . Aap uske beech me ek cheeze slice bhi laga sakte hai.
Aap Baccho ko lunch mai yah as a dinner tomato sauce ke sath garam garam serve kijiye

Half cup paneer
Half cup green shimla mirch
Half cup onion chopped
Half cup tomato seedless
1/4 cup carrot
1/4 cup sehezwan sauce
1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoon red chilly sauce 
2 tablespoon garlic chopped
1 tablespoon green chilly 
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon butter
Salt to taste
 Method: sabse pehle ek kadai me thode se cooking oil ke sath butter ko melt kar
Fir usme chopped onion ko halka fry kare fir usme chopped shimla mirch bareek cutti hui carrot aur usme 2 spoon garlic chopped , 1 spoon hari mirch chopped aur sath mai cutte hue tamater bhi milaey. Ab usme boiled potato ko milaey aur usme tomato sauce red chilly sauce sehezwan sauce milaey. Ab stuffing tayar hai burger ke liye. Ab tawe pe butter dalle aur burger ke dono taraf sehezwan sauce spread kare aur stuffing ko acche se bharkar dono taraf se saik le.
Garam garam tomato sauce ke sath apne burger ko serve kare.
