"Toffee halwa" *recipe*

Sooji 1 katori (unroasted)
Milk 2 katori
Ghee 3/4 katori
Sugar 3/4 katori
Almonds silvers 2 tbsp

Method:
In a mixing bowl soak sooji in milk for half an hour.
Take a heavy bottom kadai and melt ghee in it . Add sugar now. Stir it till the colour of sugar changes to brown colour.
Now add sooji to it stir it .
It will get thick n will stick to bottom but keep stiring it .
The extra ghee will ou
z out from the ends.
Lastly garnish it with almond silver and serve hot .
