Mango faluda with icecream♥

Ingredients:
1 cup mango puree
1/2 cup finely chopped mangoes
1.5 cup reduced milk with 2 tbs sugar
1/4 cup falooda sev
2 teaspoon soaked and drained sabja seeds
Rose essence
Ice cream
Chopped nuts
Cherries

Instructions: Add two tablespoons sugar to 1 1/2 cup milk and simmer for 10 min. Cook falooda sev as per packet instruction and set aside.
Chill the milk for an hour.
Soak sabja seeds in water for 1 hour , strain and set aside.
Puree 3 mangoes and chop one mango finely.
To layer falooda chil the glass for 30 min.
First add some soaked sabja seeds and then add 1/4 cup chilled milk.
Add some mango puree . Add sev, essence, some milk again in layers . You can make as many layers you want
Finally top with ice cream if you want or mango puree and garnish with nuts and tutty frutty
.
Serve your chill mango falooda
