Badam ka halwa

Sardiyo mai aapke aur aapke baccho k liye sabse best recipe. Jo ki khaane k baad thand mesoos nhi hone dega
Ingredients -1 cupsoaked badam (soaking time 8 hours
1/2 cup ghee
3/4cup milk
1 tbs whole wheat flour
3 to 4 cup sugar
A few saffron
1 to 2 tbs elaichi powder

Method-  1. Badam ko 8 hours ke liye soak karke rakh do ,phir uska chilka uttar de.
2.  Phir grinder me usko dal kar bina paani ya doodh k chala lain.
3. Ek kadhai mai Ghee garam karain badam ka mixture add karein aur mixture ko 7 min. Tak chalate rhiye.
4. Phir ek alag pan mai 3/4 cup doodh aur 1/2 cup water boil krke rakh dein.
5. Phir badam wale mixture mai wheat flour add karke medium flame per 2 min ke liye stir karey.
6. Sugar add kariye aur phir 1 se 2 min ke liye  lagaatar chaley.
7. Phir flame off karke usme elaichi powder ko milay.
     Garam-garam serve karey.
