Ingredients -
Moong daal
Tomatoes
Onion
2pinch salt
 1 tablespoon olive  oil
1 tablespoon  ginger and garlic paste.

Preparation- 4 to 5hours k liye moong daal ko bhigoker rakh de taki wo acche se phool  jaaey. Phir usme barik pyaaz tamater hari mirch or garlic ginger paste mila de aur isme extra virgin olive oil mila kar upper se lemon juice mila de aur upper se salt sprinkle kr de aapki moong daal ki healthy chaat taiyar h😋.
