Manchurian hotdog

Ingredients :-

1. Hotdog - 4 (readymade)
2. Paneer- 200gm.
3.onion  - 1 large sliced  thinly
4.tomato - 2tbsp
5. Cilantro- finely chopped
6. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
7. Red chilly paste-1/2 tsp
8. Kitchen king powder -1/2 tsp
9. Salt to taste
10. Oil
Method:
1. Let is first prepare our filling:
In a pan shallow fry oil and add ginger garlic paste. Saut for 30 minutes and add chopped onions and salt. When the onions become transparent add tomato puree , now add the chilli paate masala powder and simmer for 30 minutes. Now add cubes of paneer. Mix it together. Let the oil be separate then we can switch off. Add the chopped cilantro
2. Give a hotdog a horizontal slit without cutting it fully . Steam them for 5 minutes so that they become extra soft .Now stuff the hotdog with the filling . Add extra cilantro  if you want.
Your hotdogs are ready to devoured immediately or packed for picnics  .......😋😋😋🌹💐
