Veg chilli cheese toast

It is a quick snack to satisfy your hunger pangs. It is loaded with veggies and cheese. It is crispy , cheesy and oh so yumm!!
Ingredients:
3 bread slices
1/2 finely chopped coloured black bell peppers
1/3 boiled corn
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp oregano
1 clove garlic
1 chopped chilly
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Dried parslay
1 cup shredded cheese or 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Butter as required
Method:
Mixed the chopped bell peppers, corn ,onions, chillies and garlic in a bowl. Add salt , pepper ,oregano, and mix well . Combine the shredded cheese in another bowl and set aside.
Lightly butter the bread slices and toast them on tawa until light golden brown .
Now spread the prepared veggie and mix generously all over  the toasted bread slice. Top off with shredded cheese. Sprinkle some more of the veggie mixture and dried parslay and chilly flakes. Broil in a oven for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese melts and toast become crispy . If you dont have the broil option bake it at 400 degrees F for 2 to 3 min. un

Transfer to a plate and cut into diagonals and serve hot with sweet ketchup or chilly sauce. .......
