Sabudana tikki with hot cappuccino♨

Ingredients for sabudana tikki

*250 grams soaked sago
*1 cup refined oil
*1 boiled potato
*2 large


chopped green chilli
*1/4 cup coriander leaves
*Sendha namak as required
*1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
*1/4 cup crushed roasted peanuts

How to make sabudana tikki

Step 1
to make this scrumptious navratri
special recipe, soap sago (sabudana in water for around 2 to3 hours . when the sago has turned a little fluffy. drain the ecess water and transfer the sago
in a bowl

Step2
Now to prepare the tikki mixture add boiled potatoes to it mash them completely and add crushed peanuts and chopped green chillies red chilli powder coriander leaves and sendha namak

Step3
Make small tikkis of this potatoes and sago mixture . The tikkis should not be soggy and now take a pan and add oil in it and heat on a moderate flame one the oil is heated place sago tikkies on it and deep fry until it  turns brown and crispy.

Step4
Serve these hot and crispy tikkis with peanut chutney with beatan curd. you can also enjoy this delicious recipe with hot piping cup of tea or coffee.
