Chinese idli

Ingredients:
1. Suji-1 cup(200 gm)
2. Ginger garlic paste (1 teaspoon )
3. 1 Onion chopped
4. 2 Carrot
5. 2 Green capsicum
6.1 Cabbage
7.1 teaspoon azinomotto
8. One tablepoon soya sauce
9. One tablespoon green chilly sauce
10. 2 green chilly chopped
11. 1tablespoon tomato ketchup
12. 1 pouch eno
13. Salt as per taste
14. 1 pinch black pepper powder

Method:
Ek bowl me suji ko pani me soak kare jab wo fool jaye tab usme one teaspoon salt aur one pouch eno ka dalkar mix kare fir idli maker me dalkar tayar kare 5 se 10 minute me sari idli bankar tayar ho jaegi.
Ek kadai me oil garam karenge fir usme pyaz dalkar bhoone fir ginger garlic paste dalkar  boon le fir bari bari se sari vegetable dalkar boon le. Fir idli ko 4 pieces mai cut kar lain aur dalkar 1 min.ke liye fry kare .
Fir usme uppar se azinomotto,soya sauce,green chilly sauce ,halka sa namak ,chopped green chillies aur thoda sa taste ke liye tomato ketchup dal lai.fir sabko ek sath mila le .uppar se black pepper powder aur chaat masala milay. garam garam chinese idli per chopped spring onions upper se garnish kare .
