Teh walle chole
Ingredients:
kabuli chole - 250 gm.
Boil krne k liye - 1 tea bag
Salt. - as per taste
Sarso oil. - 4 tbl spoon
Onion. - 2 gol rings mai nikale hue
Tomato. - 3 gol cutting mai salad ki shape mai
Garam masala powder - 2 teaspoon
Red chilly powder. - 1 tbl spoon
Kachari powder. - 1tbl spoon
Green chilly. - 2 se 3
Method:- sabse pehle chole ko raat mai bhigoker rakh dein. Phir chole ko cooker mai daal lein phir usme ek teabag aur 1 tbl spoon namak dalker boil karne k liye gas stove per rakh de.
Kam se kam 20 se 25 mai cole pakker tayar ho jayege phir cooker ki lid khol de . Ab teh yaani layer lagani shuru karte hai. Phele chole ke upper onions ki layer jo rings mai nikale hue h. Phir tamater ki layer lagaey. Phir ginger yaani adrak ke julliens dal lein. Phir upper bataey hue saare masale dal dein . Phir ek kalchi me oil garam kare jab tak ki usme sarso ke tail ki mehak na nikal jaaey. Phir usse turant chole ke uppar dalkar cooker ka dhakan band karkar 2 min. ke liye gas par rakh de jab tak cooker me steam nha ban jaaey. Steam baney ke baad usse gas se uttar kar dhakkan khol lein . Uppar lambi cut hui mirch aur lambey katte hue adrakh ke jullians dalkar upper se sajaey.

Onion -2 chopped
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Anaar dana powder 2 teaspoon
Sabut lal mirch 5 se 6paani me bheegi hui
Sabut jeera aur azwain
Lawng(cloves) 2 se 3 sabut
Dal chinni stick ( cinnamom) 2
(sabut) sukha danhiya-2 tablespoon
Method: chole ko raat bar bigho ke rakh de fir 20 se 25 min. Ke liye amla aur namak as per your taste dalkar boil kare . Ab chole ka masala taiyar karey.
