Sardiyo mai kuch hatker swaad lena ho toh sarso ka saag sabse acha option h jo ki swad k sath- sath hamme iron bhi deta h .

Ingredients:
1.green sarso k patte -1/2 kg
2.palak sirf leaves.  -1/2kg
3.kuch methi leaves -100gm.
4.green chilly. -7se8 teekhi wali
5.garlic(lehsun ki kaliya)  -12se15 
6.onion.     -1chopped
7.tomato. -4 chopped
8.besan - 1cup
9.salt.   - as per taste
  Method:  sabse phele saag ko kaatkar wash kar ley fir cooker mey palak methi aur sarso ki sirf patiya dalkar boil kar le for 10 min.

 Fir saag ko mathani (dahi belnay vaala tool ) sey mathley. Fir usmey harimirch aur garlic ki kaliyo ka paste banakar daal dey aur apney swaad kay anusaar namak daal dey. Fir saag ko lagataar chaalatey rahey. Jab saag acchey sey goothney lage tab ismey ek cup besan mey toodha paani daalkar halka ghool banakar saag mey daaldey. Ab isey 15
minute kayliye dakhkar pakney dey aur beech beech mey isey mathani sey chaalatey rahe. Jab saag acche sey gothkar mesh ho jaaye tab samajheyey ki aapka saag taiyaar hai .

Tadaka laaganey kayliye:
Ek kadahi mey sarso ka oil garam karley aur fir usmey thoodhi heeng daaley .uskey baad choop kari hui pyaaz ko bhoon ley . Pyaaz bhooney kay baad usmey kattey hue tamatar daal dey . Phir tamatar pyaaz bhooney kay baad saag par daal dey.
 Garam garam saag par desi ghee 
daal dey aur makkey ki roti kay saath khaaye aur khilaye.
