Ingredients:
Soyachaap- 1/2kg
Dahi(marination ke liye) -1/2 cup
Lemon juice -1tablespoon
Green chilly paste-1tablespoon
Red chilly powder-1tablespoon
Turmeric powder(haldi powder)-1teaspoon
Garam masala-1/2 tablespoon
Chaat masala-1/2 tablespoon
Kasuri methi-1tablespoon
Salt as per taste
Kaala namak -1/2teaspoon
Meat masala yah chaap masala -1/2 tablespoon
Onion rings- 7se8 (roll me stuff karne ke )
liye
1/2 cup cooking oil
*Dough banane ke liye - • All purpose flour(maida)-1/2 cup
• Wheat flour -1/2 cup
• Baking powder-1 tablespoon
• Water-250ml
•Salt-1/2tablespoon
Method: Sabse pehle chaap ko garam panni mai 1 minute k liye rakh dey phir dhoker nikaal lay. Phir ek bowl ley usme chaap k chotey -chotey piece karke daal ley upper se paani nikaali hui dahi daaley phir green chilly paste,red chilly powder,haldi powder,gatam masala,kasuri methi,lemon juice,kaala namak,chaat masala ,meat masal yah chaap masala aur namak apne hisaab se milakar ek gante ke liye fridge mai rak de . Aaap isme halka sa beasan bhi milla sakte hai binding ke liye jisse sare masale chaap par chipke rahe . Ek gante ke baad marinated chaap ko fridge se nikalkar tawe par 1 tablespoon cooking oil dalkar sare chaap ke pieces ko dono taraf se shallow fry kar ley. Ek ek roll bailkar parathe ke tarah saik ley . Ab tayar roll me 3 se4 chaap ke piece aur onion rings aur uppar se halka sa chaat masala sprinkle kar de. Aur apne roll ko hari chutney ke sath garam garam serve kare aur sunday brunch ko enjoy kariye.....
