Ingredients:- paneer cubes mai cutta kua - 400gm.
Hung curd(dahi ka paani nikla hua)-1cup
Ajwaine -1/2tsp
Dhania powder -1tsp
Red chilly powder- as per taste
Garam masala powder -1tsp
Kala namak- 1tsp
Haldi powder- 1/2 tsp
Gram flour (besan) - 1 tbsp
Kasuri methi
Lemon ya amchur powder -1tbsp
Cooking oil
Salt - as per taste
Thoda sa koyle ka tukda(smoky flavour dene k liye).

Method-pehle dahi ko 3 to4 hours k liye kisi cloth mai bandhker latka dey.   Phir ek bowl mai  hung curd daaley  phir usme saarey masale jaise lal mirch powder,haldi poder,garam masala powder ,ajwain,kala namak,plain salt,amchur powder ya lemon juice kasuri methi ,besan ko paani daalker ek whisker ki madad se acche se mix karey phir usme paneer k tukde,square shape mai cuttey hue shimla mirch,aur pyaaz milaker 1ghante k liye marination k liye rakh de aur usme chahe toh thoda sa red color mix kr dey aur upper se usme ek kalchi garam oil mai rai ka tadka lagakr usme mila de aur dhakker freeze mai set hone k liye rakh de.after 1 hour ek nonstik tawe per oil garam karke ek-ek krke marinated paneer capsicum onion ko dono taraf se sak ley. Phir badey size ke squier mai lagakr gas ki aanch per charo taraf ghuma ker
saink ley.  Ab hum iske upper lemon juice sprinkle kr deingay.apka panner tikka taiyar h green chutney aur   onion rings               k sath serve karey yakin maniye bilkul tandoor jaisa swad aaeyga isko aap roomali roti mai rap krke bhi kha  saktey ho.😋😋👌👌
