#Veg keema masala # restaurant style
Ingredients to make keema masala
2 big onion chopped
1 small capsicum chopped
1/2 carrot steamed finally chopped
1/4 cup french beans steamed and chopped
1/2 cup fresh peas
2 or 3 green chilly chopped
1 medium size tomato chopped
1 cup thick tomato puree
1/4 cup fresh crumble paneer
Spices
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red kasmiri mirchi powder
1 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp veg keema masala
Coriander leaves
2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
Method :first we wash and minced all veggies . Heat a pan add ghee cumin seeds and onion. Let it brown and goes it brown .add ginger garlic paste . Saute it till the rotten ginger smell comes. Add minced capsicum ,peas , chillies. Mix well and cooked another 2 minutes . Add the finally chopped tomatoes and cook untill it mushy.
Add red chilly powder cumin coriander powder garam masala veg keema masala and salt to taste . Add little water and cook for 2 minutes. Add finally chopped steamed beans and carrot . Add crumble paneer and 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese and mix it well.
Add coriander leaves if seen dry switch off the flame and take out veg keema masal in a serving masala. Garnish it with some coriander leaves and squeeze some lemon juice over it .
Your restaurant style veg keema masala is ready serve it with naan chapati rice and enjoy.....😋😋🍛🌹😋
