Mixed vegetable cutlets

Ingredients

3-4 large size boiled potato
2 medium size carrot chopped
1/4  cup  green peas boiled
1 small size onion chopped
1/2 cup bread crumb mixture
salt to taste
2 tablespoon kasuri methi
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
1 teaspoon chaat masala
oil for shallow masala

Ingredients for coating
1/4c cup corn flour combined with water.
1/4 cup bread crumbs.

Method: To prepare the mixed vegetable cutlet first drain the boiled potatoes for 5 or 10 min.  Now fine chopped the rest vegetables. Now peel and mash boiled potatoes make sure that no chunks remain in the boiled potatoes
In a bowl combine mashed potatoes ,boiled peas , chopped vegetables , salt , other spices , and bread crumbs. Combine and mix all together .
Cover it with a foil and rest it in a fridge for 15 minutes .
Now heat oil in the frying pan  over a medium flame .
Take a tablespoon mixture of a mixture and shape it into cylinder shape . Dip it into the corn flour then into bread crumbs to coat it.
Shallow fry the cutlets till it gets brown or golden from all sides. Drain it on the tissue paper or oil absorber paper .
Serve mixed vegetable cutlet with tomato ketchup or mayonaise dip and enjoy...😊😋😋
