Caramel bread custard pudding (eggless)

Ingredients:
Bread slices 4 pieces
2  cups of milk
4 tablespoon custard powder
Half cup sugar
Heat the non stick pan with 2 tablespoon of sugar caramalize the sugar and pour it immediately in a mould and spread it in a circular way keep aside.
 Heat a saucepan with 2 cups of milk and sugar and mix it nicely
Add four tablespoon of custard powder in remaining 1/2 cup milk and make a solution . Now add the solution in the boiling milk whisk until thick in medium flame add blended bread gradually on it mix it continuously for 5 min. Turn off the gas and pour the mixture in a baking mould and cover it with aluminium foil.
Heat a kadhai or put some water in it and a steel stand place mould in middle and cover it with lid .
Steamed it for 25 to 30 minutes in medium flame .
Bring it in a room temperature and keep it in a fridge to cool.
Ready to serve
