Paneer pizza is an amazing combination of indian flavours with italian way of cooking .
With naan as a base and paneer as a topping its serves as an amazing dinner recipe.
Crispy , cruncy and tasty to core. .
Ingredients:
Naan 2 medium
Green capsicum sliced 1/4 medium
Onion roughly chopped 1 medium
Butter 2 tablespoon
Tomato sauce 2 tablespoons
Chopped garlic 1 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Oregano 1 tablespoon
Mozzarella cheese
Panner 250 gm
Roughly chopped onion and tomatoes
Lemon juice 1/2
Ginger and garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
Oil 2 tablespoon
Method:
Take yogurt in a bowl add lemon juice garlic paste ginger paste red chilly powder garam masala and mix well .
Cut panner into big cubes sprinkle some red chilly powder and salt on them , roll in a yogurt mixture and set aside for 5 to 10 minutes.
Heat 2 tablespoon oil in non stick pan add tomatoes and onions . Let them cook well. Add paneer cubes in it and cook
When the panner pieces turns golden and brown put them aside and cook other side.
Preheat oven to 180 degree celcius . Spread some butter on naan followed by chopped garlic . Add tomato ketchup and paneer
Add sliced capsicum and onions . Place slices of mozzarella . Finally sprinkle chilly flakes salt and pepper
Place them in baking pan . Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the pizzas are heated or cheese is bubbling then place under a broiler for a minute until a cheese is browned.
Cut into wedges and serve hot .
