Masala pav recipe
Masala pav is a yummy and spicy mumbai street food. The pav or bread rolls are sliced and then stuffed with a spiced buttery onion ,toma1toes and capsican filling. It is one of the simplest and tastiest snack recipes

Ingridients for the masala:
1cup tomatoes chopped
1/2 onions chopped
1/4 cup capsican chopped
2 green chilly chopped
1/4 cup corriander leaves chopped
1tsp ginger paste
4 tsp pav bhaji masala
Salt to taste
1/2tsp red chilly powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
butter as required
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup water
For the pav:2 pav/ buns
Butter required

Preparing masala for masala pav
melt 2 tbsp butter on tawa. Add choppedginger and chilly. stir and s
saute. Add chopped onion and stir well
till they turn lightly golden brown.  Add chopped tomatoes cook until they are soft and saute continuously for 3 to 4 minutes on a low medium flame. now add pav bhaji masala , turmeric powder , salt and red chilly powder.
cook the masala for a min . Add chopped capsican . Stir and saute for 2 min. then add 1/4 cup water and reduse the heat to low and let it cook around for 6to 7 min or till water dries up. then also add lemon juice and add chopped coriander leaves. masala is now ready.
Spread some butter on tawa.cut the pav into half and place the pav on the butter and toast the pav other side for few second.
Now soread the generous amount of prepared masala both side onthe pav.
Serve hot masala pav with chopped onion and a piece of lemon.
