Eggless chocolate mousse

Preparation  time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 5 mins
Makes: 2to 4 glasses

Ingredients

 Dark chocolates chips -1.5 cup
sugar-2 tbsp
water - 4 tbsp
Instant coffee powder -1/2 cup
Wipping cream 1 cup

Method

Take water, sugar, coffee powder in a pan heat till the sugar melted and the the water comes to boil .

Add in chocolate chips and keep it on a very low flame till the chocolate is completely melted.

Now pour this mix into a bowl and cool it completely .

Take the cream into  the bowl and use electric beater to whip this till it thicks and form soft peaks.

Now fold this cream into chocolate very gently .

Once eveything is mixed up well.

Spoon this into seving glasses and chill in fridge for 2 hours .
